Not just a kid's book.

While I would recommend it for kids this 39 year old kid got a lot out of it as well. Inspiring and a tale a lot of us lived as kids.

The only downside of this book was the short length but totally worthwhile.

Inspiring!!!

I love listening to Jocko Podcast, it's very inspiring and pushes me to be better. Now we have the perfect way to help instill the same principles in our children (sometimes it's better coming from someone else's mouth). They were very excited to listen to this during our trip and have learned a lot. Jocko and Thor are excellent narrators. Well worth it!

I loved this book because it related to how most kids probably deal with school problems and bullys. Also because Uncle Jake was such a positive influence on Mark and taught him to be confident in himself. I got emotional when Uncle Jake had to leave after the summer. An absolute must read!

Great confidence builder for kids!!

I enjoy led the lessons taught in this book! All young kids (and even some older ones) should read it! It will truly help with building confidence and making good choices! Well done!!

Excellent Children’s book especially in today’s climate!!!

I can’t say anything negative about Way of the Warrior Kid!! The book does such a great job of teaching kids what it takes to build a foundation for success that they can carry the rest of their lives.
My kids loved following Marc on his journey from being a kid with low self confidence and self esteem to a kid with a healthy sense of self through hard work, discipline & accountability. Way of the Warrior Kid should be a mandatory read for every kid. Parents.....if you care about teaching your children the value of hard work, discipline, & accountability....this book is where you should start

Good book for adults to.

I listened to this on audiobook and Hearing jocko speak as the mother was pretty entertaining.

My boys loved it

My kids couldn't get enough of this book. I loved how it showed a kid that didn't think much of himself was able to turn himself around with discipline and hard work. Also that he didn't just buy in with everything right away, he was scared and hesitant but he worked though it and accomplished his goals. Great book.

I loved this book and I am a 40 years old woman

The voices amazing. The story super easy to follow and filled with wisdom. I’ve been reading all sorts of self help books... and yet this one that is meant for kids I find it to be the most eye opening and clear. I loved the fear approach. Thank you so much!
