Amazing Book
I would recommend this book to any athlete, person recovering from injury, someone struggling to get by financially, any parent, or person looking to find themself. If you think you do not fit into one of these categories, I bet this book would still surprise you. Such an easy book to listen to and I am so glad my teammate recommended it to me. As a college athlete who is in recovery from injury, this book has helped with my drive to be great and understand how it will not happen overnight.

Great Book. Simple read!
This is such an uplifting book. It helps alot to remember to falling in love with the process and do the little things well and be consistent while you at it. I will continue read this book regularly to be reminded of the process. Thank you.

pretty good
a pretty good short read on discipline and self mastery. The story can be a little cheesy at times, but it is a nice break from the lectures often found in self help books. Nothing really new if you're a self help fan, but a good compilation of ideas for self improvement.

just what I needed to hear.

Great for my teenage son to understand...
