USA Today best seller

The fan favorite alumna of the Bravo hit series Southern Charm offers a witty and candid collection of essays on dating, pregnancy, and parenthood.

Growing up in South Carolina with a family that goes back 10 generations, Cameran Eubanks knew from a young age that Southern women are expected to want the white picket fence life. But Cameran has never been your typical Southern belle, and she was always determined to flout expectations.

She set out to paint the town red, enjoy her single life, focus on her successful real estate career, maybe join the cast of a hugely popular reality show...and then, she met her future husband Jason. After falling in love and getting married, Cameran faced the same dilemma so many women encounter: whether or not to have kids. Ultimately, her own journey to motherhood was anything but simple.

Now, she takes you deeper into her life - from her first foray into reality TV on The Real World to dating in her twenties to the honest truth about her pregnancy and motherhood - to get to know the person behind the camera. Known as the voice of reason on Southern Charm, she’ll share the same honest advice she gives to her castmates and guide y’all through dating, pregnancy, and motherhood. Charming, hilarious, and a hell of a lot fun, One Day You’ll Thank Me is for anyone who has ever wondered if they should or can.

Was hoping for more of a story

I want to start by saying I LOVE Cameran. I was so excited about this book and to hear her take on life and more of her great humor. Unfortunately the book fell a little flat for me. If you’ve watched Southern Charm and scrolled through her social media, you could write most of this book yourself. So many parts were taken word-for-word from her Instagram captions which was weird!
I appreciate her keeping it real with a lot of new mom rhetorics, but I just didn’t feel like I took anything away from the book. Still love you Cam, but wouldn’t recommend.

Scared of motherhood

I am a professional woman and have been thinking about having kids. It was refreshing to hear the lighthearted perspective of a woman who didn’t necessarily want kids, as she had her first baby.

Awful. Glad it was short.

This is just a retelling of everything Cameran says on Instagram. Nothing new or original. Boring stories. No good info from Southern Charm. Snoozefest. She did the bare minimum. Very disappointed.

Disappointing

I loved watching Cam on Southern Charm because of her honesty, but the book was “honest” served with a whole lot of fluff. Overall, I was disappointed with the book.

Boring & disappointing

Used to love cameran when she was real and funny. before she became solely a sell out to peddling Instagram products ....

There is nothing new in this book if you watched the show. Or ever glanced at her Instagram account.

RELATABLE

I'll start that I love Cam & Southern Charm.. I'm a new mom and found this book SO RELATABLE. Loved it. Cam is all of us 'normal' women in a not so normal world.

Basically Instagram in a book

I feel like I knew most of this information from watching Southern Charm and following her on Instagram. I enjoy Cameran, but I didn’t find the writing to be great. Overall just an ok book.
