The book was well written and very practical.

The book was well written and very practical. I enjoyed the structure of each chapter; it had a very logical layout. Additionally, the end of each chapter contained a bullet point list of the concepts covered with a quick summary of each. Very nice book.

Having it clearly spelled out in front of you allows you to see clearly, the areas where improvement is required, and tells you how to exercise the muscles to improve it. I feel reassured I am on the right path now that I know how to improve!

This book is very well written by the author. This book is changing my life little by little

I learned about this book from a friend who, in my opinion, is self-disciplined. But she listens this book regularly. I, on the other hand, have struggled with forming self-discipline. This book has really helped me.
