Publisher's summary

This book will allow you to embark on a three part journey of untangling your grief and loss, so that you can begin mending your heart from within.

Loss is hard to cope with, even more so when it's a loved one that departs your company, leaving your heart to grieve all alone.

Unfortunately, it is this grief that, when left unchecked, can become the source of your continued suffering.

According to a survey by WebMD, grieving—in various forms—has gripped American lives, with 32 percent having gone through the death of a loved one, and just as many morning a lost relationship.

Not far behind are people who expressed their grief from losing their pets, getting divorced, or finding themselves under financial strain after a major loss in their lives.

Let's face it. Grieving is not easy, and it varies from person to person. How you grieve is very different from how someone else would.

Unfortunately, society expects you to move on in a heartbeat, invalidating what you are going through without giving you the tools to find comfort, meaning, and a healthy outlet.

And because of all this, what you ultimately end up with is a grief that endures and tears you apart from within—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

But does finding support from grief have to be this complicated?

Is there really no way to untangle the complete mess that your emotions are in?

What if you could mend your grief simply by getting to the root of what it really is?

In this profound yet crucial journey of coming to terms with your grief, this guide will help you discover:

  • An accessible and meaningful three part journey of untangling, processing, and finding yourself whole once again after grief—all you have to do is look within.
  • Answers to your most pressing questions about understanding what your grief is, and how it manifests itself in five different stages.
  • Why the world is ill-equipped and ill-informed to help you make sense of your inner turmoil.
  • How the simple act of acceptance can help you unshackle yourself from your grief—and healthy ways to accept loss and death.
  • Simple yet powerful ways to express and regulate your emotions (even sadness) in a healthy way.
  • Coping for your comfort—tons of tips and strategies to deal with loss and grief without abandoning self-care.
  • How to start mending yourself from within—take care of your spirit, calm your body, and bring your focus back to living your life.

And much more.

Grieving is necessary, but it doesn't have to be an eternal torment.

This guide will help you break out and express your feelings while coping with the loss in a healthy way so that you can reconnect with your life and be with the people that still surround you.

The first step? It all begins here....

This an exceptional and powerful audiobook!

This audiobook helps listeners handle loss by guiding them through the five stages of grief and allowing them to cope with their feelings. You will not be able to accept the loss and go on unless you do this.

The most powerful section of this audiobook, in my opinion, is realizing that not everyone experiences loss in the same way, and that everyone will grieve in their own unique way.
