A needed book for Latinas!

Valeria does an exceptional job of highlighting the numerous barriers that Latina women encounter while navigating careers in corporate America. What resonated with me most from this book is the realization that our success is not just about honoring the sacrifices of our parents and grandparents. We also have a collective responsibility to support one another as Latinas, widening the narrow doors of opportunity and lifting each other up. With increased access to opportunities and power comes the responsibility to help others do the same. the name of book is fantastic

I love this book. I'm currently in a struggling with what my next chapter should be in my human journey. Its been a struggle for me but listening to this book. im feeling inspired.
