For every boy, man and couple!
Admittedly somewhat skeptical (being a communication and relationship coach myself), I decided to give this a go, as I realize I still often run up against my ego and am challenged to allow my beautiful, powerful partner to fully express herself. I'm so happy I quieted my ego and bought this book. Rob gets to the heart of our conditioned way, the impact it has on us and others, and offers simple ways to build connection. Written and spoken with very real, very vulnerable shares about the author's own experiences, fears and ongoing journey, this book really does as it says: offers a step by step process to help you reconcile your past, love yourself and build more meaningful relationships with the one(s) you love. I wished the book, the lessons and wisdom wouldn't end, but truly, the next step is mine, and NOW is the time to take it. I'm excited for the possibilities that will come from taking action on what Rob shares! The journey is long and unpredictable. I'm committed to continuing to up-level my relationship with myself and my wife. I will reread/listen to this book for support. Thanks RK! You are a good man. I am a good man.
