From New York Times bestselling author Kylie Scott comes the second sizzling stand-alone novel in the Dive Bar series!

When his younger brother loses interest in online dating, hot bearded bartender Joe Collins only intends to log into his account and shut it down. Until he reads about her.

Alex Parks is funny, fascinating, and pretty much everything he's been looking for in a woman—except that she lives across the country. Soon they're emailing up a storm and telling each other their deepest, darkest secrets...except the one that really matters.

When Alex pays Joe a surprise visit, however, they both discover that when it comes to love, it's always better with a twist.

This is the second book in the Dive Bar series. While it is better than the first installment, character development and the sharp, quick-witted and tight writing style of the Stage Dive series just isn't there. Perhaps I was expecting too much with similar series names?

Dive Series is OK

Thoroughly enjoyed this story. When Alex met Joe and Eric she thought Eric was the one she was coming to visit because Joe had been the one communicating with her online under his brother Eric's name.....Catfished! This book had lots of humor and as the story went on it developed a cute love story between Alex and Joe. And of course with Andi Arndt narrating you cannot go wrong.

Out of all the characters, including it's big brother to this series"Stage Dive", Joe was so believable. His gentleman qualities make you fall for him over and over. Hopefully, Eric will grow up...maybe next book ;)

I like Joe the best

I enjoyed this audiobook and the characters. Like visiting old friends, I love how the author brings in the Stage Drive characters. Alex and Joe were a great couple and I enjoyed how their story fell into place. I know this is their book but I think Nell & Eric's heartbreak was sort of fluffed over in this book. I would have liked a little more emotional scenes about the accident and aftermath. I also didn't love the change in Eric towards the end, while completely understandable it just felt weak for him to react that way. I really saw him as a tough character so that just didn't work for me.

As always Andi Arndt did a great job on the narration!
