love the backstory

If you're a Lost Fleet/Lost Stars fan, this is a great boo and series. it goes back to the Republic's origin story. And the Epilogue is well epic.

loved it. action packed, with great story line. treat yourself and listen to whole series.

Disappointed

In my opinion, there was way too much political intrigue to make the story interesting! I realize that authors need to add "filler", but always hope it would be more action oriented!

Rambling

There's a lot of dialogue that contributes nothing to the story. The core story, which is good, could have been told in 3 hours.
