Triassic was just the beginning....

After receiving a distress signal from the Supernova, a ship long thought to be destroyed, Adam Ross and a team of heroes are dispatched to Earth's past to investigate. After a disastrous arrival wipes out most of the rescue party, Adam and a handful of survivors embark on foot through the dense jungles of the Triassic to locate the Supernova survivors.

Faced with both human and dinosaur threats, Adam and his team soon realize there is but one chance for escape. As they make their way to evacuate, they discover a rogue army of mercenaries threatening to hunt them down. As his foes close in, Adam is forced to trust a strange ally, and begins a daring quest to escape the Triassic.

pretty good just not as good as the first

I did really enjoy everything about the book but I did miss the narrator from the first book the way he read the characters she'd them in a light I was more familiar with so with this new one it was hard to see those characters as I did in the first book don't get me wrong this narrator did a really good job especially with the sounds of the dinosaurs 🦖

I hope book 3 comes soon, I need to know how it ends asap!

Promising

I very much like this genre… creature feature, prehistoric creatures, survival, etc. The story and characters are likable and relatable. My gripe is the strange and somewhat inappropriate word choices. Examples.. when the survivors look outside after the crash… it’s described as tropical arid environment. What?? Then there was the “bipedal serpent”. Taking a break the soldiers “exhausted” their body armor to cool off. That makes no sense. Serpents have NO legs, how can they be bipedal? One usually will divest themselves of gear… . The mud of the river bank was “rigid”… ? Umm… no… hardened or baked…. maybe. It’s seems the author is trying hard to be unique in his descriptions, but in several instance it fails badly. As off putting as this was, I really did want to continue the story . Find a better editor. The guy whom did the reading did an excellent job.

Great writing and phenomenal narration

I really enjoyed listening to this book.

The author is clearly a talented writer. Someone needs to make a movie or TV series out of it.

The narrator did an excellent job of giving the characters their own personalities and his vocal sound effects made the scenes come alive.

I'm really looking forward to the next book and hope it is the same narrator!

Well Narrated, Engaging Story!

I thought this story was very well written, and excellently performed/narrated by Aaron Camacho. It kept my interest throughout the whole book as each twist and turn came to light and had me rooting for the characters to see what would happen next. Well done.
