In the town of 34 Corners, Colorado, Matt Jensen rides into a savage blood feud. Thirty years ago two friends came West and built a thriving cattle business. Now, their families have become kill-crazy enemies and the town is awash in a frenzy of killing. Add in hired gunmen on both sides of the fight, and two lovers crossing the dividing line, and the terror will never end. Eager to put as many miles between himself and 34 Corners, Matt Jensen just can't bring himself to leave without trying to stop the bloodshed. But it's going to take a lot more bullets, just as many bodies, and the steely courage of an intrepid frontiersman to let this ravaged town live again....

This is another story of Matt Jensen. He seems to have held many jobs in the Johnston library of stories. This time he is looking for three vicious men that savagely killed one of his friends and family. He hits the trail to get revenge for his for them.

The Author has already written a nice synopsis of the story. I can't add to it without spoilers, so I won't write to much. I will say I have been following the Jensen family for awhile and will as long as the Johnston Brother's writes them. I have never listened to any that disappointed me. The are filled with him lots of action, from gun fighting, outlaws, banks being robbed and much more. This time they added a little romace, and two Cattlemen' feud, which turns into a range war into the story.

The more the better. As long as they keep writing about the Jensen's and Preacher, I will buy and listen, or sometimes I love to just read. It is just like a movie, but you don't see it. Th Narrator, Jack Garrett, does an excellent job of describing the characters, scenes and seems to emerge me into the excitement, like I would see in a movie, as I stated before. He has a tough job of voice characterizations, but in my opinion, He handles it very well.

I do believe it is a little rough for the youngsters though, strictly for the mature.
