Interesting

Good story, interesting, a little different than some. Always fun to listen to JA Johnstone, and William W. Johnstone. books.

Good story

Fine reading. Story moved along at a good pace. Good character development, which was a pleasant surprise. The reader took pains to convey the story as the writer intended.

Good story and narration

Typical great story line from these authors and fantastic narration. Looking forward to the next in this series.

hard ass holt....not charming at all

find this a little stale...too much conspiracy too little give and take. maybe I am just used to exceptional works by these authors but this fell short for me. give me Preacher, Luke, smoke and perley. macallister of course.

Better than most

Not as good as the “last gunfighter “ series or JA’s first batch but better than most
