A good academic book

For an Ayurvedic doctor and yoga therapist like me this book is exact what I was looking for. It provides me lots of academic information about depression. But if you have depression or if you are looking for some somatic or alternative approaches for depression symptoms, you might not find answers in this book.
I recommend this book for yoga teachers,Ayurvedic professions and any who are from other alternative traditions and would like to know how western and modern medicine define/ and takes care of depression patients.
