Publisher's Summary

After Wall Street collapses, investment banker Griff McPherson trades in his suits and ties for Stetsons and cowboy boots. He returns to the Wyoming ranch he co-owns with his brother, but it's not exactly a happy homecoming. So to prove to everyone, including himself, that that he belongs back in Jackson Hole, he takes a post as a wrangler on another ranch.

Air force lieutenant Val Hunter has just returned to the Bar H ranch to help her ailing grandmother run the property. While it is full of unhappy memories, Val is determined to do right by her home. Her new hire is easy on the eyes and a tough wrangler to boot, yet her instincts make it hard for her to trust him. When a nefarious neighbor endangers her land, Val is forced to accept Griff's help - but will she finally be able to open her heart?

Repetitive

Griff's description of his relationship with Val and how he felt he should approach her got real old. Probably the least favourite of any in the series I've listened to so far. Curious to find out if, how or when Red gets caught. Is the answer in The Defender?

loving this series so much

What made the experience of listening to The Wrangler the most enjoyable?

I love this series, and enjoyed this book so much, was glad the brothers had to prove them self and both ended up doing what they wanted ,terrific story lines , just love this community and the characters in this whole series and I am very happy the people from the early books come back into later books and tie it all together, will be very sad when I read the last book ,and I will defiantly listen to the series again,

What other book might you compare The Wrangler to and why?

hard to compare to other books as I am enjoying the whole series , and recommend the series highly,

What about Anthony Haden Salerno’s performance did you like?

this man does an incredible job , will look for him in other books,

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I just enjoyed the whole book ,and didn't want to turn my kindle off,

Any additional comments?

anyone looking for a great book with plenty of action ,no bad language and smutty sex scenes will love this book and series.
