Joey accompanies Detective Jackson Sullivan to a crime scene, only to discover she knows the victim. After a friend is accused of murder, Joey can’t refuse her help—however bumbling it might be. Unfortunately, she only seems to dig up more questions instead of desperately needed answers.

When a misguided fan offers clues, Joey discovers something much deeper than a single crime. But can she sort through all the various story lines to get to the truth? Or will one blooper after another put not only the investigation in jeopardy, but her life as well?

So much fun! Love this series.

Great narrator. Fun story, fun characters. I can't wait to read the rest of the series and I hope there will be more books to follow.

Name of series threw me off

I wasn’t sure if I would like this series because of the name, but…I LOVED IT!!!!

Fun and light

I’m really enjoying this series. The characters are funny and easy to fall in love with. Good plots and twists.

This Book has it all

This book has it all, a great story, great characters, a really awesome love story, and a mystery. You will never figure out! Curl up or pop in a Bluetooth and listen, you will enjoy the series! Oh, and the scenery, the story takes you to the Outer Banks with all its glory! Enjoy.

Frustrating

The storyline is good but the main character makes some very questionable yet predictable choices. Most of the male voices are quite annoying, too.
