Enlightening, Confusing, Surprising

Who was your favorite character and why?

God of course

Did the narrator do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

Yes all but Richard Dryfus who played Moses. I doubt he even read the text before he read it. He was very unbelievable and boring, unfortunatly Moses has a lot to say. I understand the producers wanted a big name to help get attention but Richard Dryfuss was not a good choice at all.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Don't think that is possible its too big and too many hours.

Thank you for making the OT come alive. Hearing things I have never heard or read before. I am very happy this was produced and available.

A Dramatic and Captivating Experience

I enjoy the use of distinct voices, that not only make the narratives realistic, but captivating to the point that it is difficult to stop listening. Sometimes I feel as if I am a close observer real time. I cannot say anything negative about my experience. I have read this Bible in its entirety so often I lose count. Dr. Raymond E. No matter how many times you read the Holy Scriptures, you will always learn something new. Listening to this, the Old Testament comes alive in your mind's eye! It is very well done and I recommend to anyone who is wanting to learn more about the Bible. You will not be disappointed!
