Just what I needed!

I found this book to be very timely and thought provoking. Having been in an abusive relationship and on occasion struggling with triggers left from that mental abuse, this book helps to bring back my confidence that I need to listen to my intuition. It is best not allow that victim mentality to come back once you have conquered it. Thank you for your work🙄

disheartening

The first advice to stop emotional abuse is "Enhance your self-exteem. [...] Find your strengths and maximize on them will deny the bully the opportunity in frustrating us " . Sure. Easy to do, why I didn't figure this out by myself?
The performance is poor: not very interpretive reading.
