suspense was great

this was a book well written. it kept me wanting to listen more. I would usually listen to music but I wanted to hear more of this book instead.

eyes opened

I really enjoyed seeing a character in a career i never considered. I also loved the info about witness protection. a program I've rarely thought about. I'll be getting into more Meltzer novels after this one. Very unique flaws and skills in each character.

the first scene hooked me

the story kept me guessing unpredictable. I liked the unexpected twists and turns on the plot.

it was slow and never had you captured. characters not interesting and not likable
needed better action and some heart
