Amazing book!

What an amazing book! From the beginning to the end, it kept my interest and answered my many questions. I was hooked on the subject of healing the vagus nerve (which I knew nothing about!) in order to reduce stress and improve overall well-being. The thorough scientific information was relayed understandably for the lay person and I needed those facts to provide a basic foundation. The author’s link to her own experience made the reading more engaging and motivating. But, the most uplifting sections were Chapters 7 and 8 which detailed extensive practical exercises and methods for improving vagus nerve tone. The exercises were clearly explained and easy to follow. Not only did I begin a daily practice, but I noticed improvement immediately. I highly recommend reading or listening to “The Vagus Nerve, Your Body’s Superpower!”in order to reduce tension, relieve pain and inflammation or simply to cope with a busy, stressful life. 5 stars!

Informative and easy to follow

I truly had no idea how important the vagus nerve is. That is coming from a healthcare professional. The beginning chapters were a great refresher on anatomy and physiology which explained the impactfulness of the vagus nerve on the body. My favorite chapters were 7 and 8 which included guided exercises to stimulate the vagus nerve properly. Natural and alternative medicine is so interesting to me! I highly recommend this book for everyone!

I learned so much

I really did not know very much about the Vagus nerve and I had no idea how critical it is! I had no idea that effects my immune responses and inflammation as well as my level of depression and anxiety, so much I did not know! The best part of the audiobook is that it gives you exercises to do which are designed to help relieve inflammation, stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness, offering a holistic approach to well-being. As someone who often feels stressed, I found the book to be remarkably effective in guiding me toward a more calm and balanced state.

I loved this book !
Being a Holistic Wellness Coach, I am always excited to learn new & natural ways for our body to heal itself. This book skillfully presents a comprehensive description of the Vagus nerve’s crucial part in our Physical, mental & emotional balance. A Natural Remedy!

I've heard about the vagus nerve but actually didn't know what it does. Now that I've listened to this book, I was surprised on how it could actually help relieve stress, and mental disorders. What I love about this method is that it's natural, and it harnesses our bodies to actually cure ourselves.

The exercises provided in this book is practical and easy to follow that any person can do it anytime. Moreover, it would only take 3 minutes a day to harness your body's natural healing powers. I've even experienced some improvement after just a few days of performing the exercises.

If you want to relieve stress, anxiety, depression, or just feel better, then this is the right book for you. I highly recommend it!

Interesting and Informative!

Although I never knew it’s name I found it very interesting to learn the many tithings the vagus nerve does. The author goes into great detail explaining how it works and how it goes through the body and different organs. Plus, how our mental state and physical state are tied together in a very complex way. I learned a lot and can’t wait to start doing things and exercises to keep my vagus nerve healthy- to keep me healthy.
