Great perspective and principles

This book was, for one, read by a fantastic narrator that captured the tone that I think the author wanted to convey. The language used throughout the book was understandable, and the stories included were relatable. The only thing I did not enjoy was that the author frequently refers to his other ''award-winning, best-selling" books, so much that it sometimes felt like a commercial for them. The first half hour of the audio is actually just various praise for this book, and it almost turned me off from continuing, but I'm glad I stuck through, Being a near-middle-aged woman that has been pulled in a million different directions over the years, authenticity seemed like just an 'idea' but not something I could really grasp, or understand. However, this book helped me see actual methods that I can implement as I try to figure out who I really am in this stage of life. I would recommend it to anyone that is feeling 'stuck' and could use a guide.

I I loved it it was amazing it is it brought tears to my eyes because when I was younger I went through the same thing with anger depression and went crazy for a minute but I got it back together I had to realize that my life was more meaningful than to me than anybody else's no matter what my struggles I went through on me family wasn't there but I made it and I'm proud of myself and they need to make more books like this cuz it was heartwarming it was really really good and I'm going to put him on I'm the reason for his books cuz I was mind blow and I hope he comes well to me the story is about his life changes and what he went through and how he overcame all the things that he had to process and look at him now he wrote a book about it I just loved it it was great five stars to me five stars so thank I was just mind bottling because it was excellent I mean I don't hardly read books like that but that one it really sucks into me I brought you some eyes as well the Navigator was fine he was perfect you couldn't get no perfect car I mean he was excellent the performance was excellent and the story was just outstanding I loved it thank you overall I wish they had more stars for you.

I liked the connectivity that was understandable to myself

what an amazing book. I got this book as a referral from my book club and I have already suggested this book to my family and friends. there is no one sided line of thought here. the way Tony encompasses science psychology reality and religion is such a beautiful way to speak to the masses and not the individual however the way this was written spoke to my self. while I was supposed to do a review I found myself writing out the steps, doing the excersises and making notes. the strongest point here for me was "that fake wall -get rid of it" and "shield with love" I truly loved it.
