Publisher's Summary

The battle for survival against the Undead continues. Three weeks of highs and lows, and the group are celebrating their victories and nursing their hurts like never before.

They head out once more to a world where the threat comes from an altogether different foe, and in their darkest hour so far, the infection might just be their only ally as Marcy finally finds her role in the team.

But will Howie accept it? Will it tear them apart? Will they do the right thing?

Gut wrenching

This was a gut wrenching experience as our beloved characters go through a terrible situation. A good but painful story. If certain situations had transpired I might have given up on the series but the authour reigned it in before it went too far. This was a great listen and Joe Jameson narration is awesome and never disappoints.

Great storytelling,

Excel ant book, story and narration! The book has to much foul language. It actually distracts from the story

reinvigorating

was getting bored with the series until this book reinvigorated my emotional attachment to its characters by tugging on every emotion from love and happiness to rage and sadness

Very powerful

I laughed. I cried. I giggled. I sobbed. I cheered. I swore. This story shows you the worst of human depravity and the best of the human soul.

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better

Wow! Just wow. Joe Jameson is an absolutely terrific narrator, the passion he injects really brings the story to life. Yet another day in the world of the Undead that had me laughing and crying. Simply amazing, possibly my favourite one yet (although Day 20/ Part 16 was pretty awesome too, but it’s this one that Joe Jameson really comes to life)

It just gets better and better!

This series is incredible. When the new narrator started a while back, I became hesitant but he has proved to be twice as good as the original narrator.

The biggest plus to this series is the laughs that come with it and the character development throughout.

I wish these would be released a little faster!!

I'll probably have to listen to them all from the start again just to rekindle my love for this series.

I recommend this to anyone with common sense.

Best one yet

Finally feel like the series is coming back to a grounded story, well written, great narration and a good tidy up of earlier loose ends.

Amazing book

I have never been so entwined in a book. Laughed so hard and cried with sadness. Absolutely addicted to The Undead. I can’t believe I would read, as well as re-listen, to this many books in a series.
Very well written, and love Joes narration. If this is your first Undead book, stop immediately and listen to the first one. You won’t be disappointed!

Breathless

wow! what can I say. we learn so much more about the infection and Gowie's crew. We meet a new group of people, with powerful writing you will be moved to anger, fear and tears. Maddox is, well,I'm not going to give anything away. This is the best yet. Narration was more than excellent, I was moved exactly as I should have been.
To the end-fist me ❤
