Recorded using potato grade equipment
This sounds like this was recorded using some free hands free kit that came with a phone. Audio is echoing and without depth. I could record better audio with equipment under £50. As a reader I find it insulting that someone would peddle this as a paid book and record it on some cheap earbuds hands free kit and not even clean up the audio with post processing. It's bad enough to even have been recorded through a laptops speakers!!! Have some respect for your customers and your business next time and stop being lazy. You have google, it's not hard how to figure out how to record good audio on a budget. I'll be refunding.

Feedback from a trainee Coaching
Thank you so much for putting this book together. I was feeling a sense of coaching block and bored of my questions I was asking. The author comes from a grounded place of having been thier and done that. Her approach is practical but also a significant nod to when and how to use powerful coaching questions. I will be sharing this far and wide to my coaching cohort of fellow students. Thank you and would highly recommend

More than expected
I have been struggling with having the powerful questions at my fingertips. When I purchased I was thinking I would have extra questions to add to my repertoire. Instead I found an enlightening recap on models, tools, techniques.
The recap on the models and approaches were timely as I am on a learning journey to be a coach. This also reminded me of why Being a coach is important and also that it is not just about credentials but about the practice and application day to day.

Short but concise
Kassandra has done a great job of defining what it is to be a coach and of course how to interact with clients through the many questions she offersas a way to build a coaching practice.
The only let down for this production is the background noise which at a guess sounds as if the book was recorded in a poorly constructed sound proof booth. However, while the sound levels are a distraction they do not distract from the wealth of advice Kassandra has put together in this book.

Story
“Coaches rely far too much on asking open-ended questions,” says Marcia Reynolds. But questions only seek answers — inquiry provides insight. When, instead of just questions, clients hear their thoughts, opinions, and beliefs spoken by someone else, it prompts them to critically consider how their thinking affects their goals. Reynolds cites the latest brain science to show why reflective inquiry works and provides techniques, tips, and structures for creating breakthrough conversations.
