My broken heart has been repaired.

Claudia Burgoa has done it again! She shredded my heart with that cliffhanger in book 1, The Lies About Forever, but healed it completely with The Truth About Us. I was not OK until Chapter 3. As soon as Chapter 3 hit my ear, my heart was bursting with joy. I was so happy that Ami and Gabe found their way back to each other, even though they had a lot to get past before their HEA. We got all the answers left unspoken for the years they were apart. So many misunderstandings almost cost them their future. As soon as they started to mend their relationship they were hit with more heartache, but together they made it through. They really were absolutely perfect for each other and the family they built was beautiful. They both had so much love to give and tighter they were unstoppable. I love how Gabe always had her back and would stop at nothing to make sure Ami was happy and healthy. He would literally give her the world if he could. This duet was breathtakingly emotional and beautiful.

A satisfying conclusion to a rollercoaster.

A wonderful ending to the Impossibly Possible duet. Gabe had to work to regain Ameline's heart and trust after a long time apart. Both had done some growing up during that separation, attained goals, but never forgot their true love. I loved how he groveled and how she began to trust again. There were still obstacles to overcome, fears, and misunderstandings, but they found their way. I loved it.

The duet of Teddy Hamilton and Angelina Rocca once again brought these two characters alive, with the emotions as strong as ever. They made this audiobook a delight to listen to.

Exceptional Conclusion & Narration🎧Amazing Duet!

Oh, my, the things that Claudia Burgoa does to my heart. Wow, just wow! This second book of the amazing “Impossibly Possible” duet is a continuation of Gabe’s story and the love he shared with Ameline and what became of his life without her. Do not start this book without reading or better yet, listening to the audiobook of the first book, “The Lies About Forever”, which ends in a cliffhanger, and it is best to avoid spoilers of all kinds going in to this book, you will be happy that you did, I know I was. This beautifully written and plotted story not only captivated my attention the entire time, but it tugged on my heartstrings too. I loved seeing more of the Deckers and how everything played out in this book, and that twist blew my mind in the best way possible. I despised Ameline’s family in the first book, and they were no better in this book. Gabe grew so much as a person, got past his insecurities, and turned out to be a kind and loving man, a very generous one. Gabe and Ameline’s story will stay with me for a very long time and that ending just warmed my heart. Claudia Burgoa, thank you for this amazing and wonderfully moving story, an emotional rollercoaster ride like no other. 

🎧📚🎧 Teddy Hamilton and Angelina Rocca continue to deliver an outstanding performance of bringing the characters and story to life from the pages to your ears. Their portrayal of the characters is spot on and their character voices have been consistent throughout the duet, and grew as their characters did. They continue to set the perfect tone for the story, as well as capture all their emotions and have you feeling every single one. These entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to and their performance elevated this already amazing story to another level. Thank you for another exceptional listen.

What a conclusion

This is the conclusion I have been waiting for after the ending of The Lies About Forever. If you haven’t read that book, then STOP as it must be read first. The previous book broke my heart but The Truth About Us put it back together.

What an emotional story this was. I felt as though I was on a perpetual roller coaster as I was reading. As Gabe and Ameline fought to come back together it pulled all sorts of emotions from me.

I was so anxious to see what Ms. Burgoa had in store for this couple that I read this book almost in one go. I just had to know what she had planned. If you enjoy high angst, emotional stores then this duet is for you.

The narration by Teddy Hamilton and Angelina Rocca brought all the drama, angst and passion to life for me.

Wonderful conclusion with wonderful narration

First off I need to say please do not pick up The Truth About Us without reading the first book The Lies About Forever because they do need to be read in order.
Teddy Hamilton and Angelia Rocca were amazing with the narration for this very emotional story. Their voices were perfect and they brought the characters and their journey to life.
I was left broken hearted and with the biggest book hangover at the end of book one so as soon as this one hit my kindle I dived straight in. I was captivated from the first page and there was no putting down until the final word was read. I’m not going to write a review full of spoilers because I believe this duet needs to be read with no preconceived ideas, it’s needs to be read and loved first hand. What I will say is this is a very special duet, it’s one of those stories thats stays with you long after the final word is read. Claudia Burgoa has given us a very special family with the Deckers and this duet is up there amongst the best in that series and for me it’s one of the best reads of 2024. A beautifully written love story that will break your heart before it can mend your heart. Loved everything about this story and Gabe Decker is my newest book boyfriend,
