Rick Riordan is so amazing. Every book he writes has a magic to it. You always get so attached to the characters as they go threw hard ships, and while his books have those dark sides to them, they always keep there humor. The trials of Apollo is no exception, this was a great book. It was awesome to see how the kids at camp half blood where doing after beating the Giants and Gia. The ending made me even more excited for the next book! I will be pre ordering that book as soon as it is available.

The story over all was very good and is a nice revisit to Camp Halfblood. Great to get to know some new demigods. I'm not one for books written in first person so that did take a bit to get used to.

I gave it a bit of a lower rating only because the narrative was poor. The narrator pronounced some words much differently then I have ever had heard them pronounced and some of his voices for characters were hard to distinguish one from another.
