This is probably better as a physical book
I saw this book at B&N and it looked interesting, when I ordered from Audible I found it missing a lot. He talks a lot in a lot of chapters about tapping but never talks about how to start tapping or the definition behind it. I skipped ahead several chapters and it was the same old same old, decided to return because I didn't find this book helpful for me, maybe it'll fit someone else but when you just say tap if your stressed, tap what??? (a foot, knee, a person) I found this book useful for someone who already knows his movement, if you'r new to the whole concept, you'll be lost and confused.

This is manifesting!
Thanks to Nick Ortner for his continuing effort to get this easy to do method of handling the negativities of life. I have read some reviews that gave it a poor rating. They stated they didn't understand the concept. Well if you can get your lazy fingers to google something you're always going to be on the out. Google it!

Truly helpful in many ways, primarily stress.
The Tapping Solution is legit. I tapped along with Nick Ortner's guidance, and every single session left me feeling some kind of release--mentally, energetically, physically and/or emotionally. Tapping will now forever be a part of my healing toolbox. It's incredibly effective, but I need to remember to practice. I'd like to write my own tapping scripts! Well worth the listen and doing the exercises is seriously rewarding!

out of the box but effective
for many years my girlfriend who's into this sort of thing I went to university in San Francisco for a master's degree... has told me about this. for me it was out there with parallel universes, aliens etc. I've been decided what's the downside give it a shot see what happens. it's entertaining to do and the science is real for EFT. there's many things that we don't understand why they work we just know that they do like acupuncture. this is similar You're just tapping instead of using a needle.

Watch out: this can change your life!
I have followed the work of Nick Ortner from the very beginning. I am delighted with this new book as Nick guides the reader/listener with ease and gentleness. His personal stories bring the element of a lived experience not just another self-help book. His sensitivity and grace flows out and his humour is very present.
I bought this book to address some issues that I am encountering and I have found I am able to stick to the daily schedule of tapping everyday.
As a psychotherapist I use tapping with my clients and am blown away by the changes that it brings about.
Nick and his family have done an amazing job of bringing the gift of tapping to the world at large. I appreciate their contribution to my life.
I would recommend this book to new comers and to seasoned tappers.

Definitely A Game Changer
Love this book and love the way it is Narrated. There is A LOT of different topics covered here and step by step guides on how to Tap through them all successfully. I'd say this is the Best book by far, for in depth information, by Nick Ortner. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great until its all about positivity
I like the idea of EFT tapping to reduce the intensity of strong emotionsthat are triggers from past trauma, but really when the positive thinking stuff comes up you know you've hooked onto some new age pseudo science and a guy making a mint on the back of suffering. Positive psychology has been largely debunked and its creator, Martin Seligman has now distanced himself from it. Positive people are largely delusional and out of touch with others and the world around them. The Buddhists know that when we're truly in touch with life is like flying a kite attached to your chest with a hook. Positive people can't cope with reality.

Best Emotional Healing Guide Ever
As per Nick's knowledge and experience with tapping, the journey I took through this book was incredible. Having used tapping before I was no stranger to it's power, but had never had a consistent practice or really delved deep into the emotional blocks I've accumulated over my life. With Nick's guidance, I was able to gently focus on all different areas of my life and the blocks that I had with each of them to break through and come out the other side feeling so much lighter and free-er. This book comes with great resources and support which have been just as valuable as the book itself. Thanks Nick for all the amazing work you do - don't stop spreading the tapping joy!
