all time best narrator performance

if I had read this book, instead of listening, I wouldn't have enjoyed it half as much.
I absolutely loved this audiobook!!!
would love to hear more like this.

Nothing like what I was expecting in a great way! Highly recommend to anyone who likes comics or superheroes and villains.

SKIP THIS ONE

There is no story here, just an UNentertaining list being read off. Technically, one isn't supposed to review something if one has not completely listened to it. However I couldn't stand anymore than half way through chapter two. It DEFINITELY wasn't for me.

Garbage, don’t bother

Absolutely garbage, don’t even bother with and it’s not even that funny. Got tired of speeding it up and gave up on it

Would not recommend it

This book was tough to get through. At almost 4 hours I just mostly wish I could have my time back. I almost quit early but wanted to be able to give a honest feedback on the whole book. So I went ahead and listened to the whole thing. The first half of the book was just so tedious and hard to get through. I kept thinking where is the actual handbook? Where is the actual guide? The end admittedly got better at answering these questions.

Hilarious great narrate

This is a fun and wild ride from beginning to end. The narrator brings this to life and makes me laugh even when I know it's silly

A funny satire on supervillains!

This was a lot better than I expected it to be. It really does read a bit like a handbook, and each chapter is teaching a young villain things not to mess up, such as names or how to build your base. It doesn't take itself seriously and make a lot of jokes about the stereotypes of the evil villain. really well done.

The performance was great as well. The narrator used a deep villainy voice and kind of talked down to the audience, which worked really well.

Worth your time, and anyone that is into super power book will get a kick out if it. Recommended.

It is written like a guide book

It is written like a guide book. Yes it is supposed to be funny but I don’t think it is pulled off very well. I could not get through it all. If you are looking for an entertaining story this is not the book for you. If you want some bad puns, and cheep jokes with no continuity to kill time on your drive home then this is what you need.

Not as clever as it thinks it is

Waited for it to get funny, but gave up after an hour. Too clever for its own good.

A bit of a giggle

Very over the top narration which suited the content. My nephew found it entertaining whilst in the car.

Oh Dear

I listened to the audiobook. This isn't as funny or clever as it thinks it is. There was enough material to justify listening to this.

Rather boring

Fun idea, but unfortunately rather boring writing. The narrator hams it up all according to the theme, and it's alright if somewhat uneven.
Got it included with my membership, but would not pay or spend my credit on this.
