Amazing

So helpful! I can never keep up with my diet but with this I can enjoy what ever I want and still lose weight! Highly recommend

Great alternative for dieting

It’s a great alternative when you don’t know where to begin. Enjoyed the idea that you don’t have to cut out your butter which it great.
