Hard to drink from a firehose

I had high hopes for this Step-by-step-Guide book but overall I found it more collection of checklists of great information, I had no way of connecting with in audio form. The chapter are unnamed so looking for more relevant portions is harder and the overall theme felt like 'this is wants possible' rather than 'this is a framework of where to start'. The author is no doubt knowledgable, I struggled to come along for the journey.

Best book on course desigm

This is by far the best book I have purchased on course design and elements ! I strongly endorse this book and suggest that anyone who does business online get this book. If course design isn't part of your business it will be after you read or listen to this book !

Lost interest... and I’m a persistent listener.

Sandra uses repetitive language, making it hard to maintain interest. She also makes extensive listsof unnecessary words that can be easily found on Google. It’s possible a print book can be more useful, but I doubt I’ll buy it.

This Book is Pure Gold

Please write more on this subject Sandra, please. How refreshing to read a book that truly has something to offer and isn't an entire book about the author blowing their own horn and droning on about I and me. Every word is carefully planned to deliver value to the reader. I am going to be reading it many times. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was when it ended, I was literally hanging on every word she said.
Thank you Sandra Shillington for this brilliant work!

Exactly what I needed

This book hit the nail on the head for me. The author gives us instructions, in a very clear and orderly manner, exactly what we need to know and do to create a successful and effective online course. Thank you!

Content superb! Narration monotonous!

The content was fabulous! Superb! Thanks for sharing!!! The narration was monotone and without passion! Lacking energy! I listen to many books and couldn’t stay focused on the info because of its droning and putting me to sleep! That’s not normal for this lifelong learner! I encourage Sandra to re-narrate with varying intonation and the energy with which she learned the material, has passions used it and wrote the book about it!

Excellent - concise and implementable

I was looking for a book on how to structure and delivery a course.
This answered that question beautifully.

I am an experienced course creator but have never had any formal training.

I'm excited to implement the tips and am looking forward to seeing the results my clients get :)

Thanks for writing this book!

very informative however

I the information very useful however because of the amount of information provided at times I found the lists very hard going and needed to rehear the list several times before I picked out the pieces of information I needed

Perhaps you could add a pdf to help students relate and refer back to what has been talked about?

Worthwhile read but you will want to take notes

I love learning whilst in the car... but there is a lot of advice in this book that you will want to write down.
