This is the first novella I’ve experienced, and it did not disappoint! I loved how sweet Verus is, especially considering he’s in an arranged marriage. I listened to this as an audiobook, and the narrators truly brought Verus and Arianwen to life. The authors did an amazing job with the vivid descriptions, allowing me to easily picture each scene in my head. I also loved how seamlessly this connected with The Stars Would Curse Us.
