The whole book is based on realistic ways to change your life, no matter your age.Very motivating and you set small reachable goals and go from there.

This is not a "DIET" diets don't work, and set you up for failure.
This book is about making small changes, one step at a time, and as you make these small changes, you begin to "spark" other changes.
I personally had given up, and taken a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) attitude. I was observing life from the sidelines, and after reading this book, so far I've lost 70 pounds in 14 months, and I am now enjoying participating in life.
If I can do this, so can you.
