Therapist, dream expert, and founder of the Jung Society of Utah and the Jung Platform Machiel Klerk shares how, through dream incubation, you can manifest the life of your dreams just by cultivating an intimate relationship with your own dreams and taking the guidance you receive from your subconscious. If you ask the right question and keep an open mind, your dream will give you an answer. Klerk offers an easy, actionable five-step process to help you have an incubation dream, a dream that reveals the answer to your question. 1. Identify the problem and decide that you'd like to ask your dream for help. 2. Develop a question that relates directly to the issue for which you are seeking answers. 3. Engage in a ritual aimed to enhance the dream response, like meditation. 4. Sleep, and upon waking, immediately record your dream or dreams. 5. Reflect on the dream and determine the "lesson" it offered.

Clearly A Man On A Mission

There was much useful practical advice in this book, but the best and most impactful aspect of the book is the moving and contagious sense of Klerk listening to and following his own calling and mission. In the spirit of Jung, whether one follows Klerk’s frameworks, or not, he moves us by his own eros to dream the dream of our own life onward.

Fantastic guide to dreamwork

Wonderful book. So glad I have it. I’ve taken courses with Machiel before and it’s been a long while. This is an excellent reference guide to dream exploration and to incubating dreams to learn more about living a full and awake life.

Helpful instruction and insight

Really well laid out and clear instructions to help you learn from dreams and understand what they are telling you. Glad I picked this one up.

Had to speed it up a little bit to keep my usual pace for listening, but the information is terrific. I think the only thing I would’ve liked to hear is asking the question between sleep, and not just before bed. Throughout the night I wake up and write my dreams down and then go back to sleep and during that little period of being awake it helps very much to remind myself the question

Great Guide to the dream world!

I can honestly attest to the books wonderful guidance. The first night I had it, I had only read a little bit. That evening I asked question regarding my value. I recalled a dream that indicated my need to value myself. It helped me open myself to view things in a new light with a fresh persecutive. It opened a new path to my journey of self love. I have now completed the entire book and I am excited to incorporate and utilize the gained knowledge in other areas of my life. I am excited about what this book will offer in support of my souls desire to excel to new heights of self awareness.
