Works perfectly!

We tried the cry it our method for one night...and couldn't handle it. We immediately sought out an alternative and this book kept coming up. We watched a few of her YouTube videos and then decided to get the book. It was the best decision we made in regards to our sleep!

Before reading this book, our little one would wake up about every hour...it was exhausting! We started listening to this book right away and tried it the first night. I'm happy to say that after just a couple of days he would wake up only once or twice at night....and we counted that as a HUGE win! Everyone was starting to get more rest. By the end of about 10 days he was sleeping all through the night. And, maybe the best part is that neither he or us were stressed during the process.

If you're struggling with a baby who isnt sleeping through the night, and you don't want to have them cry themselves to sleep for days on end, stressing everyone out...then get this book!

Amazing

The book is life changing! we tried everything to get my non sleeper to sleep. Following the shuffle is the only thing that has come close to helping. It also made me feel empowered instead of questioning if I was doing the right things. The author reminds you multiple times of the same steps and principles which helps keep them in the forefront, even when you're tired. I like that the chapters are distinguished by age so I could listen to the age pertinent to our family. The reader has a calming and pleasing voice for an easy listen. I have already recommended this audible book to multiple mommy friends.
