Extremely helpful
The content was very beneficial and helped my babies sleep. I wish I found this with my first baby.
It could be improved with a supplemental PDF containing some charts and the baby typing quiz for example to avoid having to write it out myself.

What an amazing guide, so detailed. The audiobook was amazing, although I played it a faster speed.

SLOW and EASY wins the race!
We are expecting our first child in just a few weeks and my wife has been working her way through Tracy’s book since she received it at a shower late last year. I almost never have time to read anymore so the unexpected surprise of this ~20 year old book getting an audio addition just weeks before our due date was most welcome! The narrator was truly delightful and made this a quick and enjoyable listen! Tracy has passed on some great tips that I am looking forward to trying on our lad when he arrives in a few weeks! She makes it all sound so E.A.S.Y!

outdated information
I couldn't finish this book. I felt like alot of information in it was outdated and frankly the narrator's voice annoyed me.
