Great book

I enjoyed this book and how Hughes fell for Cat & her simplistic self. I got frustrated with her evil brother-in-law and his friend and how they just kept undermining the situation. It was good to see Hughes put aside his role as a dandy and come into the fullness of himself, The men who could be treacherous fighting evil and compassionate enough to care for those victims in need. I enjoyed this is serious!

When a story gets a boost

This is the fourth in a series and ties the series in a nice pink bow. Books like this serve a need for easy listening and little for adding insight to a truth or a new perspective to carry in Life. However, the beauty of the voice of "Duke Defoix" deserves to singled out as something worth remembering.

Another great series!

Another great series by CJ Archer. The character development is great. Stories that make you not want to take out your headphones!

Enjoyed the storyline

I’m not a fan of the female narrator but the man did a great job. I just think she overdid it.
This last story was engaging but a bit “mushy” for me.
