different narratoraybe

great book and great narrator, but not the right narrator for this particular book, it sounds like the guy from Unsolved Mysteries and kind of threw me off a bit.

Spiritual lessons for life

I have been seeking a new beginning into spirituality, and this will be a great start. I love the mix of meditation with yoga and spiritual laws. I am looking forward to practicing and becoming closer to myself and one with the universe.

Great content, did not love narration

I found the narration style in engaging and eventually bought the paperback because I couldn’t absorb the content. Most often I prefer the author’s voice.

Useful information

This is a yogic manual that can be put into practice in “real life”. It is well articulated, it’s easy to follow and contains useful information to enhance one’s life. I wish someone would have instructed the narrator on how to pronounce some words like “asana” “chakra” “dharana”. These and several others were so mispronounced I had to skip them; it was painful to listen to them.

Narriation was very fast.

Very interesting info, but you gotta listen close and quick, or you'll miss it! I'm hoping the PDF will help.

Good book, fast reading

Great book. Too much to take in, the fast reading makes it exhausting and not so fun. Reader needs to slow down and actually read what is being said as opposed to just reading words mechanically. Too fast to digest.

Definitely recommend you try this book

Definitely recommend you try this book - complex concepts are easily explained and practical steps are provided that you can implement daily. I love a book with “HOW TO” advice.
Just brilliant - am so happy I took the time to listen & learn

Good content but needed a different narrator

Content was great but the narrators tone and pace didn't work for me. I had to rewind at several places to connect to what was read and this is the type of book you must connect with in order to benefit from the intent of the authors.

Might be better on paper

I thought this was a decent book. But I had it on audio book. Probably better to buy on paper and treat as a reference.
