good book to tap into spiritual self

this is a really great book to read if you are needing a boost in understanding what your path is in life from a spiritual perspective. This book will help give you a lift up into tapping into some of the things that you may need to in your journey. It opens the door for a deeper understanding of self in your life journey to do the work that your soul needs to do. I recommend this book for anyone who is looking for a short read that needs a little boost in historical journey.

Beautifully written, complex truths put simply

Although the reader was excellent with no issues, I did get somewhat distracted trying to hear Deepak Chopra's voice in my mind since he wrote it and usually narrates his works. Besides that, I loved the explanations of complex concepts that were broken down into terms my very unscientific mind could understand more easily. Another great spiritual work by Dr Chopra.

Beautiful Book

After my first listen, I think this is a lovely book that goes into depth regarding spiritual ideas. I like that Deepak Chopra's work tends to encompass ideas from so many ideologies and scientific theories. To me, his work contains so much breadth yet manages to stay concise and readable. One thing...the narrator here does have a nice voice, but I am a big fan of Deepak's voice and narration, especially his most recent audiobooks. Would love to hear this narrated in his own voice.

Enlightening all the way through!

There is a ton of information packed into this book and all of it is wonderful to hear. Every section has something of interest and I was eager for more down to the last minute.
