I wish I had then when I was a teen

This would have been a great book to have when I was a teen. But at least now it's available for my kids. It includes a lot of really important skills that everyone needs to know growing up, but you don't learn in school. My favorite one was about saving money. This is SUCH an important life skill, but many people don't know how to do it. And I love that the author even puts it in terms that any teen would be interested in. What teen doesn't want to have a car as soon as they get a license? This book says how they can start saving early to do just that!

Information every teenager should have

This book is packed full of useful information to help a teenager and a young adult, avoid so many mistakes that many of us made before we became independent adults. It shows you how important a job can be for a teenager, before you have any real bills, It shows you how to get ahead by saving your money from that job, and also how important a savings account can be, for your future. If you go to college, it teaches you how to stay ahead of your classwork and still have time for fun in college. It will show you how to get an apartment, and the importance of paying your bills on time. This is a great book to start your life on the right foot.

This book contains incredible value

Parents are supposed to teach their children this information from an early age in life. Unfortunately, not all parents pay enough attention to this matter. By reading this book and applying it in life, teenagers will become much more mature as the year's progress. Children have to start thinking for themselves as early as possible in life. Great topic, excellent information.

This short book is a great resource that hits on many important skills for living on your own and practical advice. The author includes some personal experiences that illustrate real world scenarios and consequences. I appreciated the checklists included.

Great for your kids setting out in this world

This book gives plenty of solid ideas and advice for teens and even adults out in todays big world. I found the bit about cars very helpful. The book covers real life things that actually does help to give you the confidence to get out there and live shot more with a higher level of knowledge and resilience. Highly recommend as I guarantee there’s something there you didn’t know and will find very useful.
