Fantastic listen!

Broody and a loner, Jacob has created his own monster. He was burned before and refuses to let himself feel. Top it off with being the best divorce attorney in the state, and he finds himself jaded when it comes to relationships. Wild has move his wedding planning boutique into the same building across of Jacob's office. And when these two first meet, there is no way anything would ever develop between them. Until Wild sees Jacob. Really sees the man. This is a beautiful love story of hurt, deceit, and hopelessness that has the chance to be turned to love, trust and a bright future. I absolutely love the story line, the characters and the reasons for the scowl. A E Via brings out the emotional turmoil of young love and how it shapes our lives. This story is realistic and compassionate. Wild is unpredictable and funny, protective and loving, the total opposite of Jacob and it makes the story show just how love is found in the most unlikely places.

Tor Thom voices this one from his heart. Both characters are emotionally charged and he pulls out the feelings for each. He creates each one with a voice that fits the character, from the broody Jacob to the creative Wild. It's heartfelt and sensitive, brought to life in a fantastic performance.

This was a good message to enjoy
The author really developed the story line and characters
The story provided a message that love concurs all, that forgiveness enhances your life so positively, that kindness gets you further than anger
Jacob made a full transformation when he began dating Wilde and his influence to forgive and respect others
The story Also had hot hot hot interactions but she allowed the reader to get to know the characters before this happened
So well worth the read !

Romance at its best!

Gay or straight, AE melds hearts together like no other! I laugh, I cry and I have even spewed a drink at her amazingly quick wit!

If you are an A. E. Via fan - you will enjoy this book - I love her style - troubled real characters that we are able to travel through their journey to HEA!!! Oh yeah and along the way - nice steamy parts!!

Compelling

Strong character development between Jacob and Wilde. The beginning with Jacob’s life was strong which made the book flow well into the other chapters. Wilde’s character was so well rounded and works perfectly. Wilde’s family was a great addition and they also brought comedic relief. So many great moments in this book. The narrator was also excellent and brought variety. I definitely recommend this.
