Now, more than a year later, I knew the truth about that crazy night. I knew why he'd pushed me out of his life, and I was going to stop at nothing to get the man who owns me - heart and soul - back.

That is if I can survive the night....

like gabby's voice better in the other rocker books. liked the accent that made her the little Italian goddess

When the most hated characters

Change your mind. Honestly I gained some respect for Liam in the last few and a bit for Gabriella but they were not my favorite characters. Their story for me was one of the best and craziest. I was so happy by the end to see them get their HEA. Narration is done well.

Miss previous narrator

I enjoyed the story but preferred the previous narrator from Books 1-9. It changed the feel of the main character. I was distracted trying to imagine tone and accent setup throughout the series for Gabriella.

Good story, but terrible narration.

The story was good. Why was the narrator of the previous 9 books changed? This narrator sounded more like a bored SoCal valley girl than anything else. There was absolutely no Italian accent whatsoever. I had to listen at 1.25 speed just to get through this book. The producer should have sought out a better narrator that could do the accents.

Enjoyed the story, but not the narrator. Her “theatrical” voice was great. Sometimes her voice seemed ok, and I liked it. Then others she would talk in a high, squeaky valley girl horrid voice. Wished she did not narrate the next book & not really into Zander & Annabelle but I NEED to know what happens to Mia next.

What the heck?

Before I begin, let me start by saying I love this series. With that being said this is been my least favorite book. Not sure why the person who speaks is not the same person that has read every other book in the series but it shows in this performance.

Bree is supposed to be Italian. So why does she have a southern accent??? It totally ruins the storyline when you had this great reader from before who had a really cool Bree accent.

Although you have to listen to this book if you want to listen to the whole series I’m really glad it was part of the romance package and I didn’t have to pay for it.

Audible actors voice is extremely monotone

As usual I loved the story. But the Audible actors voice is extremely monotone throughout the recording.

Not sure why she changed the narrator for this book but in my opinion it was a mistake. This narrator barely changed her voice for the different characters and read way too fast. The other narrator when reading Gabriella’s part at least used an Italian accent.
