This audiobook is packed with the potential for transformation—not simply at an individual level but also humanity. A knowledge of one’s Enneagram type can be helpful, but isn’t necessary, as the depth Russ goes into may help clarify where you land—or, as the book makes clear, where you *begin *. I will use the wisdom in this book for the rest of my life on earth.

Like a well-done lecture

Excellent lecture-like style by the actual expert (and passionate) author rather than a rote reading by a voice actor.
The style of a very clear, well-organized lecture rather than a straight book reading is engaging. Also, good descriptions of the essence of the types for intermediate level students of the enneagram.
More mediations than I would have liked but they can be experienced or skipped over.
Great description of stress points of each time in final 10 minutes.
Would have enjoyed a discussion of the subtypes/instincts, but only mentioned in a few sentences.
