Publisher's summary
If you love interracial romance, Kimani, and multicultural romance...you'll love this steamy romance!
She wasn't looking for love....
Nina Jameson has a busy life running her graphic design business and taking care of her nephew, Kyle. She doesn't have time to date, and since a trifecta of tragedies hit her life years ago, she isn't inclined to go looking for love again.
He couldn't forget her....
Evan Kindling recently retired from the professional tennis circuit and chose to make Southern California his home. He's at loose ends and doesn't know what he's going to do until a chance meeting with the beautiful girl he couldn't forget gives him a new purpose. All he has to do convince her that he's not the same careless kid who walked out on her years ago.
Together they may have a second chance at love....
If Nina can learn to forgive Evan for how he ended their relationship, she could open her heart up to him again. Evan must decide if Nina's secret is one he can live with before he can give her his heart.

absolutely horrible narration
so I'm realizing Aundrea Mitchell is Lacey Laurel. I can't stand listening to anything narrated by her. I can never enjoy the stories because the narration is so bad

True Love Rekindled
Nina and Evan were in love once upon a time but Evan broke her heart and disappeared from her life when she needed him most. He had a lot to make up for. Nina was raising her nephew Kyle after the accident that took his parents, her sister and brother-in-laws, lives. She also had to deliver their, her and Evan's, dead son...that he didn't know about because he left...only leaving a note that he had gone Pro. Yuk!!!!
Not sure I could have forgiven him!

Ruined by narration
Just ruined by annoying narration. Not a good choice. And story too short. Not recommended.

Story
Hannah Gold never thought she’d speak to Ethan Reisner ever again. Getting dumped in high school will do that to you. But when she needs to find a beloved sweater in time for her parents’ 50th anniversary, she begins her search where she last saw it: Ethan’s childhood home. She thought calling Ethan out of the blue would be the hardest part, but breaking fifteen years of silence was just the beginning. Why is Ethan being so friendly? And helpful? And funny? And is it possible for someone to be handsome over the phone?

Story
Just my luck - my new next door neighbor is a unicorn. Yep, the British hottie is clearly a mythical man because - get this - he's a sexy, witty, charming, big-hearted single dad. Who, wait for it, wants to find Mrs. Right and get hitched. He’s a once-in-a-blue-moon kind of man, and it’s a darn shame I’m not on the market. If I were, his accent alone would melt me. Add in the fact that he's a veterinarian, and my animal-loving heart would be flip flopping.

Story
Picture this - I’m ready to win back the love of my life, and I’m going big this time. We’re talking boom box, sing her name in the rain, let the whole damn neighborhood know I'm good and ready this time around. After all, if you're going to grand gesture the ever-loving hell out of a second chance, you need to pull out all the stops. There’s only one little problem. My college girlfriend isn't the one who shows up when I play my "I'll do anything to win you back" tune. The woman who flings open the second-floor window tells me my ex doesn’t live here anymore.

Story
This Psych 312 assignment just might send me off the deep end. Determining whether love at first sight really exists with Robbie Moravian as my project partner of all people? He’s the sappiest man alive, so upbeat I could scream, and clearly rooting for happy endings at every turn. How does he not learn from experience considering our own meet-cute last semester almost got us expelled? But we both need to pass this course to graduate. So we’re interviewing five random couples about their meet-cutes and relationships and spending all this time together. Which is certainly...educational.

Story
Ryder, Garrett, Kenzo, and Diesel - The Vipers. Their deals are as sordid as their business, and their reputation is enough to bring a grown man to his knees, forcing him to beg for mercy. They are not people you mess with, yet my dad did. The old man ran up a debt with them and then sold me to cover his losses. Yes, sold me. They own me now. I’m theirs in every sense of the word. But I’ve never been meek and compliant.
