Acerca de esta escucha

Torn between two realms, the fate of a kingdom and my father hang in the balance…

I need my mate—a darkly dangerous fae prince—more than ever.

And he needs me to help claim his throne.

But Ruskin is gone.

Disappeared into a place most dare not speak of.

There isn’t time to mourn.

In the human realm, a cruel king holds my father captive.

While in the fae realm, Ruskin’s mother, Evanthe, is determined to use her corrupted magic to wreak havoc on the Seelie Court.

Suddenly, something is changing in me.

And I’m afraid that as my powers become more fae, I’ll become just as cruel and violent as the worst of them.

Especially when a terrifying new prophecy comes to light.

Ruskin and I might not be the ones to save the fae…but the ones destined to destroy them.

A deserving and worthy conclusion!!!

Let me start by saying that the author wrote a FANTASTIC conclusion and give kudos to the narrators for doing an awesome job. The Realm That Falls to Her is the final book in this trilogy and I loved it. This book takes you on a journey and it did not disappoint. It picks up where the previous book left off with Ruskin and his mother disappearing and Eleanor on a mission with Destan to find her naminai while also fighting to stay alive. When Nora finds Ruskin, she realizes that he's changed, but then so has she. They must figure out a way to survive Evanthe and her followers, as well as her allies. Evanthe wants them, among other things and nothing will stop to get what she wants. Ruskin realizes that the mother he once knew, and love is no longer there as she is corrupted by darkness, and that the best thing to do is let her go. I don't want to give too much away but this story is one full of action, threats, deaths, darkness, enemies, allies, secrets, suspense, friends, family, laugh out loud moments, steamy scenes and so much more. It has a deserving and worthy ending for Ruskin and Nora as they believe it's time for a new change and Nora's overdue promise made, has finally been fulfilled.

Even Better the Second Time Around !!

I read "The Realm that Falls to Her" before the audio book came out and loved it ! Once I saw that the audio book was released i had to give it a listen and I love it all the same if not more! The audio book really gives the story more depth and puts you into the world that Zara created in a way that clarifies everything. If you prefer audio books then pick this up. if you normally don't prefer audio books I still suggest picking it up. It's a great wrap up to thr story and a fantastic experience !.

has potential

the story was decent not overly cleche but has some really way overly stated pre scene to action introlude. seriously could do with out the 10min explanation of a girls thoughts before an action or a decision and plot could use some more intelligent insights not just overly stating obvious points to story line.

I Enjoyed It

I really enjoyed this. It's my favorite book of the trilogy and what an ending! The story was exciting from the start- fast-paced, dangerous and suspenseful. I loved both Ruskin and Eleanor and was eager for them to be reunited. Ash Kingsley does a good job reprising these characters.

Overall: 4 stars
Performance: 4 stars

Absolutely flawless! The narration was beautifully executed. Having read the book beforehand, I found the audio experience equally, if not more, captivating. It truly honored the story, making me feel as though I was watching a movie unfold in my mind. I highly recommend this entire series to anyone who enjoys an epic romantic fantasy.

Stunning Series Conclusion

This is one of my favorite series and a go to recommendation for anyone looking for a romanatasy series. The Realm That Fall to Her backs punch - it is filled with drama, tension, steam, and gut wrenching moments. I wish all series end like this, from the first book to the last, it was simply amazing.
Ash Kingsley does such an amazing job bringing to life these characters. I love the way that she is able to convey the different characters’ personalities and draws the listeners in. Wish I could give this book 6 out of 5 stars.

LOVE The story but hate the MFC!

Again the story line the magic all of that is great but the MFC ruins it for me she is so self centered! For one she almost seems to prefer the MMC after they return to the unseelie realm (don’t want to spoils anything but if you read / listen to it you will see how messed up that is) she even thinks to herself after a spicy encounter in which he makes it all about her that she needed it more than he did my mouth dropped. Then there is her dad even if she couldn’t get to him she seems to only remember him when her enemies remind her where he is she doesn’t even ask anyone if they can confirm their claims she instead goes to a party and is more concerned about the changes going on within her snapping at everyone then even confirming if her father is alive. She doesn’t tell her new friends people she is trying to get to trust and needs to side with them that they don’t have to refer to her as Lady Thorn even after they go through countless things with her. She snaps at the healer who she is actively asking questions because she doesn’t like their answer and then dismisses him and thinks he’s just happy I wasn’t more rude with him for being so bluntly honest with me. As much as she likes to think she identifies with the unseelies views in bloodlines she acts a whole lot like the seelies who manipulate and use things when they are advantages to her even the bond between her and the MMC idc how she justifies it especially when she glows every times some one puts her life above their own. I could keep going on but her being at that part thinking the music reminds her of the songs fisherman sing back home and she doesn’t once think about her father just says it all right there!!! I LOVE the universe the author created but I really wish she would retail the story from Ruskin’s POV without the self center whining internal dialogue!!!
