Buy the Physical Book

A lot of interesting ideas and recommendations, the pace of narration was too slow for me and Audible's narration speeder was very handy here. Given the nature of the information provided, it would have been good to see a downloadable PDF reference for at least the recipes. The information is far better in written form so maybe opt for buying the physical book instead of getting the audio version if you plan on utilising some of the key pieces of advice.

Dash Diet

The plans were easy to follow. The recipes are very good and easy to prepare. I needed to make a lifestyle change. I have been at it for a month now and I have lost 10 pounds and feel better. I keep the books next to my reading chair to refer to them constantly and to put together my grocery list.

I like the layout

this book offers different recipes and how to make them. One thing I like it has a daily schedule to follow, which this what I was looking for to help me maintain a daily healthy diet. I would like to find just a book that had a monthly schedule .

Super

This diet consists of eating lean meats and fresh produce. It became too expensive to continue with it. I ended up having to throw away some veggies that spoiled mid-week since making TWO weekly trips to the grocery store was not an option for me. I'll try Weight Watchers instead.

Good introduction

The book contains some good advice and recipes, but is not really a "diet". It would be difficult for most people to lose weight by eating that much food.
