Useful Knowledge

I would not call this book a necessarily exciting read, but I did find the knowledge within useful. Be careful, some of the behaviors that Tonya Reiman identifies in this book can't be unnoticed anymore once your attention has been brought to them. Reading body language can be a gift and a curse but I have definitely enjoyed bringing my awareness to this much neglected form of communication.

Really interesting book. Lots of useful ideas and tips. I wish there was a companion pdf. I enjoyed her examples and stories.

Great Information

What made the experience of listening to The Power of Body Language the most enjoyable?

Reiman put together a wealth of information about body language. It's an enlightening experience. I finished the book feeling much more aware of myself and am excited to see how I can use it to be a better communicator.

Any additional comments?

She begins almost every comparison between men and women with the words, "Women are better than men..." It would have been better if she'd done a balanced treatment for both genders.

I probably will listen to it again. Not that it was such a great book, it was a good book but it contained some good insights into behavior.
