Publisher's Summary

Eric Jerome Dickey strides boldly over the minefield that is modern marriage. The central couple's biggest challenge is timing: He works days; she works nights. Instead of growing together, they're rapidly drifting apart, coexisting on stolen phone calls from work, punctuated by occasional bedroom encounters that leave them both feeling even emptier and more alone. When she finds out about his affair - and starts her own - the delicate fabric of their marriage is torn irrevocably asunder. Or is it?

In Dickey's expert hands, what begins as a seemingly unforgivable betrayal segues into the sexy and searing story of a man and a woman at a pivotal turning point in their relationship. Only time will tell whether they'll let it all go...or if they can hold on to the love that drew them together in the first place.

Contains mature themes.

Good read (listen)

I enjoyed the book. The narrator sounded so much like Michelle Obama which kind of thrown me off. The lovemaking scenes were tastefully written. I felt like I was in the scenes while it was happening. Eric Dickey always wins me over with his books. Wish it was longer.

It was a good read

I loved the characters, story all that, just too much dialog sometimes between Freckles and Yvette, I found myself taking a day break in between, overall good!

Boring narrator

I couldn’t get into the book. The narrators voice sounds boring, kind of mature like a grandmother.

I can not!!!

I'm a serious EJD fan. I have waited in line to see him twice in my life. But this narrator made me quit. I'll buy the book and read it on my own.

A Love Story gone Bad.

This was good story of matters of the heart. it wasn't expecting it to end the way it did. so sad, it does teach you a lesson about playing with people feelings and taking people for granted.

I too

This book is very interesting, for I too am the other woman. My story is just beginning, only God knows how it will end.
