Sister Sister is Sensational!

Eric Jerome Dickey at his best! You'll know and love these unforgettable urban charactures, that will take you on an emotional ride from begining to end. One minute it's laugh out loud funny, the next, it's painstaking, heart felt emotions that will have you wishing you could just reach out to all the characters and hug them....I loved this book!

It just drag on.....

What would have made Sister, Sister better?

The book has a decent storyline but it just too wordy for no reason and it just seem to drag on. I couldn't seem to connect to this book.

Not his best work

This book is not a real page-turner like the author's Gideon saga. The only character of interest was Chiquita, who was noticeably overshadowed by Inda. The narrator for Inda lacks creative range, which made the book seem to drag on even longer. Pass on this one, ladies, and use your credits on another one of EJD's best sellers.

Good

I really liked this book and would recommend this book. I wish this author didn't use God's name in vain. You don't have to use " GD " to have a great book. If not for that I would have given it 5 stars. It had a great storyline and sexual storylines. I wish this book was a TV show. I laughed, got mad and sad. The way her husband treated her was wrong. I thought maybe he was gay after he said he wasn't sleeping with another woman and said he would tell her why he didn't want her. That crazy cheating Raymond was a dog. I'm glad they had some good men like Brown, Daniel and Michael come into their lives. This book dealt with abandonment issues as a child that follows you into adulthood, marriage issues, and trust issues. In the end all the ladies get the therapy they need. I had passed this book up several times and decided to decided to listen to it. The narrators were really awesome and as always so was Patricia.

Great book, just okay narration

The book was great aside from the narrator for Chaquita, her overly country, ultra sister-girl accent was irritating.
