To scientific and proof written detail
I look forward to this book thinking I would become more focused. They spent time explaining what focused meant through alpha waves, e. e.g. readings
This was to alert you how your brain is working. Fine and well if you know what the brain waves mean. Not a practical help book to become more focused. Casual in frequent exercises failed to validate the book.
