A must have

This is a must have for everyone, not just people interested in technology.
So much to learn from the history and obstacles explained here.

Great book!

The story is terrific and it’s easy to understand why Nvidia is so dominant. It’s definitely not a work environment for everyone.

The Nvidia Way is an inspired and inspirING story, very relevant to the world we live in today.

I found this title to be quite engaging, not to mention informative, and I would recommend it highly to anyone who is - like myself - even the least bit interested in the Dawn of the Age of Artificial Intelligence.

This book is/was NOT my ‘usual fare’, and while somewhat highly “technical” at times, I found “The Nvidia Way” to be easy enough to digest even with a very limited understanding of the tech industry, its history, and the ‘usual jargon’.

This is a very inspiring work, and the narrator does a superb job, in my opinion.

Researched, Thoughtful and Accessible

Great book! I few like I learned a lot about what makes this successful enterprise tick. And I appreciate that for the most part it makes the very complex aspects of chip infrastructure very accessible, and only covers in so far as to advance the story and understanding of the company.

Jensen's biography through Nividia eyes

overall a good read.This book is a good insight to how one of the most successful tech companies is built by one man's vision, though it may sometime seem to over emphasize on it.

Dynamics, tempo, essence

Lots of “secrets” how the company is run: the super flat structure, the communication culture, the compensation approach, the “nobody loses alone” story; the focus on not being commoditized - lots of universally applicable tips.

Worthy book about a great company

This book does an excellent job in telling the history, trials and triumphs of Nvidia in becoming a great company. It also lays out Jensen Huang’s leadership on navigating the company to overcome trials, to create the market, and to defend from competitors and innovator’s dilemma. Narrator has an animated and captivating voice which makes the audible good to listen.

Detailed account of a miracle.

Apparent honesty and detail. Some points seem clear to me. Vet the best and place as a collective. Set future goals as cause of inspiration and hard work. Work toward the long play. No silos and minimal hierarchy.
