Another fantastic entry into the series

I really love this series (which really needs to be read in order). This story follows right after the Exodus ended (the ending of which broke my heart). In this book, Nivvie has to go against pretty much everyone to do what she knows is right, which is to go to the underworld. She shows such amazing strength of character. The author did a wonderful job describing the world- very descriptive so it was easy to picture. And the real strength of this series- the characters. I loved all the major characters and feel happiness and pain whenever the characters feel those emotions (and everything in between) there was heartbreak in this book as well (but also a happier ending) and this was such a satisfying book leading into the final book of the series. While the narration goes past 10 hours, it really doesn't feel like it and every time I had to stop listening, I found myself just wanting to go back to the book. The narrator did a great job voicing the different characters (especially the Moirai- very creepy!) I think she's improved consistently through the 3 books in this series and it's a pleasure to listen to her tell this story. i received an audiobook for an honest review.

Wonderfully Unique! Really enjoyed the Narration!

This is the 3rd book in the Hunted series, so you definitely want to go read the first 2 before this one. This is a continuation of the story and I wouldn't recommend reading them out of order. I listened to the audio and the narrator did a great job. She really does a good job of expressing the emotions for the characters. I'd recommend listening! This series is wonderfully unique and I love the premise. Love Nivi and all her reaper goodness! In this book, Nivi is having a really hard time dealing with her grief over Kane. She's barely coping. Nivi will do everything within her power to bring Kane back, but she is going to have a very tough road ahead of her; Kane too. This read is a bit of a depressing one and deals with all of the struggles these 2 need to go through to survive. I do think there may have been a bit too much wallowing going on and the story does have a bit of slow start to it, but I could feel the emotion Nivi and Kane feel for each other. They have such a sweet connection; they love each other deeply. Loved the setting of the Underworld; what an adventure! I wasn't loving what's going on with Caspian and that man needs to stop make statements without having much to back it up with. Overall, I really enjoyed The Moirai! I'm excited to read the next one!

Performance good but disappointed with ending

This is the third book in the series. Nivian goes to the underworld to retrieve Kain. The narrator does a good job. I was dissatisfied with the ending and some of the things along the way. And disappointed when the fourth book goes back in time and doesn’t continue with this storyline.

The Moirai

This was another installment in Nivian and Caine's story. Overall I enjoyed this book, I just wish the pacing was a little faster. This is a good series and you have to listen from start to finish to uncover all the secrets.

Book Three.... Awesome!!!

This is the third book in the Hunted Series. Nivian has a huge task ahead of her, and only she can complete it, and Caspian has refused to let her follow her beliefs. But Nivian does not give up easily, and she is bound and determined to find her happily ever after. The ending was wonderful!!

Enjoyable!

The Moirai is an excellent addition to The Hunted series. Ali Winters has cleverly composed an entertaining YA urban fantasy that can be enjoyed by all ages. The characters are well-developed, as the series progresses, they continuously evolve. The storyline is engaging and emotional, Nivian is devastated, experiencing true loss and heartbreak. Superb narration by Sarah L. Colton. She captures the characters and their moods very nicely, particularly Nivian's emotional pain. Overall, it was an enjoyable audiobook and, I recommend it to all YA fans. 🎧 AudiobookObessionReviewer

Moirai

Why does this author pull on all of my emotions? There are so few fantasy authors who write books that have depth and an emotional pull. But Ali Winters is invested in telling you a great story as well as entertaining you, and I love it. I always say this, and you can probably find it in several of my audiobook reviews. A good narrator enhances a story. They allow you to see more in depth than when you are just reading the book. They make your imagination go into overdrive, and, at times, they make you want to live in the fantasy/fiction where the story takes place. There are moments in which they will make you forget that the characters are not real people, and that is what a good narrator can do with a good story. This narrator accomplished all of the above.

price to pay

this third book in the series had my emotions all over the place. i found myself thinking about this audiobook when I should have been sleeping. The adventure Nivi went on to find her true love is amazing, but I grieved at the price both Caine and Nivi had to pay. I can't wait for the next book to find out if death is truly permanent. you must!!! listen to this book. it is awesome
