Perfect for Complete Weight Loss Plans

The Mediterranean diet is based in part on what the Italians and Greeks eat lots of: fruits, vegetables, fish and whole grains, while using olive oil and red wine in their cooking. This audiobook taught me the value of eating with family and friends, getting plenty of exercise, and eating your biggest meal at lunchtime. It has changed the entire way that I cook and eat. I am certain it will change yours too! I highly recommend this to everyone who wants to turn their poor eating habits into healthy ones, which will last a lifetime. A guide to a change of lifestyle

The Mediterranean Diet:The Beginner's Guide to Creating a Complete Weight Loss Plan Guaranteed to Burn Fat While Eating Our Tasty Cookbook Recipes.
This book has helped me tweek my eating style (which is already quite healthy).
I found some very helpful tips about eating how and what to, new ideas and also some which re enforced things I learnt from childhood.
If I had a complaint about the book it would be the recipe section - the narration is too fast - though you can use your audible app to slow it down a little.
A helpful guide well worth the time spent listening.

An easy to follow weight loss plan

My favorite part about the book is how beginner friendly it is. Everything is very black and white. The book explains all about the diet, why it is so optimal for weight loss, and exactly how you can succeed with it. I have been sharing it with many friends of mine who also struggle with sticking to diets. This book is the perfect solution for those of us who need an easy and flexible nutrition guide. For these reasons, I highly recommend this audiobook.
